Our Distance Education System (Eğitim365) is synchronized with the Student Information System (OBS). In order for the synchronization process to be completed, course registration approvals must be completed. In this context
1- Login to Eğitim365 will be opened on 15.09.2025 for the Faculty of Tourism and on 22.09.2025 for other faculties, colleges, vocational schools and institutes.
2- When you have more than one account in OBS (i.e. if you are a student enrolled in more than one unit at the same time), when you log in to Education 365 with the state, you can see the courses of the unit that is first as of the registration date. For this reason, if you want to see the courses belonging to which unit, you must use the student number of the relevant unit as the username and the relevant OBS password as the password when logging in to Education 365. Our unit does not have the ability and authorization to define an OBS password. You can change your OBS password by using the Password Reset Link at https://obs.aku.edu.tr/oibs/std/login.aspx. When you change your password, it will also be changed for Education 365. If you have any problems with your OBS password, we kindly ask you to contact the student affairs of the unit you are affiliated with.
