1- You should log in to the distance learning system using a single device, via the web address https://ues.aku.edu.tr/ and using the Google Chrome browser. Attempting to log in to the system at the same time from multiple devices via the web address and the system’s mobile application, K365, will cause unnecessary congestion.

2- When logging into the system, the student number should be used as the username and the Student Information System (OBS) password should be used as the password. You can also use your e-government login. However, you cannot log into the system through a third method.

3- If you receive a password error when logging into the system, first check whether you can log into OBS. If you cannot log in to OBS, you will not be able to log in to the distance learning system either.

4- If you do not know or have forgotten your OBS password, reset your OBS password using the password reset link at https://obs.aku.edu.tr/oibs/std/login.aspx. The password you receive via the password reset link will be a one-time password. Use this password to log in to OBS and create your permanent password. You can now log in to the distance learning system with this password.

5- The K365 mobile application of the Distance Education System is not an application specific to our university. In this context, you cannot change your password using the “I forgot my password” link on the application screen. Therefore, please do not use the relevant link. Password-related procedures are described in section 4.

6- If you are logging into the system via the K365 application and the device you are using is an IOS (iPhone) device, IOS devices have a pop-up blocker feature. This feature prevents access to activities such as lessons and documents. This feature must be turned off. Please disable the Pop-up Blocker option in Settings > Safari on your phone.

7- If you log into the system before the exam time, the exam entry button will not be active. If you see that the button is not active even though the exam time has arrived, first press Ctrl+F5 simultaneously while the browser window is open, or log out of the system, close the browser, and log back into the system.
