The Distance Learning System works in sync with the Student Information System (OBS). When logging into the Distance Learning System via the mobile app (K365), use your student number as your username and your OBS password as your password. If you cannot log into K365, this is due to your OBS password. In this case, follow the instructions below:

1- Do not use the “Forgot my password” link on the application screen.

2- First, check whether your OBS password is correct by logging into OBS. If you cannot log into OBS, you will not be able to log into K365 either.

3- You must first reset your OBS password. Reset your OBS password using the password reset link at https://obs.aku.edu.tr/oibs/std/login.aspx. The password you receive via the password reset link will be a one-time password. Use this password to log in to OBS and create your permanent password. You can now log in to K365 with the password you have created.

4- Additionally, if the device you are using is an iOS (iPhone) device, iOS devices have a feature that blocks pop-up windows. This feature must be turned off. This feature prevents access to activities such as classes and documents. Please disable the Pop-up Blocker option on your phone by going to Settings > Safari > Pop-up Blocker.
